Although we limit our practice primarily to Business and Family immigration, we maintain a full list of competent attorneys who practice other areas of immigration law such as Deportation, Labor Certification, Waivers and Appeals. Having spent many years on the California State Bar Ethics committee, we have inside knowledge of honest and reputable attorneys.

Legacy of Success

We have more than 35  years of experience in the field of immigration which we combine with years as Judge Pro Tem adjudicating civil litigation matters and teaching at various law schools in a myriad of subjects: Immigration, Sports Law, Entertainment Law, Ethics, Criminal Law, and Legal Writing.  Our success stories have been published multiple times in the local news media which can be viewed here at a later time.

The California State Bar has honored us for our work with the immigrant community and for our expertise in handling legal matters. Our practice is highly specialized, requiring continual education to keep up with fluctuations of the ever-changing immigration laws.  In today's environment, immigration has become highly complex yet inconsistent needing major changes.

There is no substitute for experience and we have the expertise that can only be acquired after years of winning hundreds of cases, many of which were unprecedented and unusual cases that have been prominently reported on television, radio and in newspapers. We have a sterling reputation in the legal and immigration community for our commitment to professional and competent representation.

Among our many clients, Attorney Terry has represented Disneyland, Cirque de Soleil, UCLA, USC, Quantas Airlines, Flight Centre, Sony, Universal,  Luna and Platino Records, Comtrend, and numerous other companies.
