We charge a flat fee for most immigration cases we handle and a variety of consultation options. You can schedule an in-office consultation by appointment only or if you prefer, you can schedule a telephonic consultation as described below. If you prefer to have a written advisory opinion, we offer two types: general discussion about a particular area of immigration issues, or a personalized opinion which targets your specific needs and circumstances. To pay your fee, we accept cash, checks and major credit cards.

There are two types of Advisory Opinions which are an in-depth discussion of a particular issue :
(1) General Discussion about an immigration subject, for example, a treatise on Intra-company Transfer Visas, or Investor Visas, or Religious Visas. These standardized advisories are updated weekly and are available for $19.95/opinion.
(2) Personalized Opinion about your particular issue(s). In order to prepare this opinion, the attorney will evaluate your problem from the input you have given and then it may be necessary to request some additional information in order to fully evaluate your case. If additional information is needed, you will be emailed with that request, after which the Advisory Opinion will be prepared. You can have the Opinion sent by email in the form of a Word, Word Perfect, or text file, or by regular mail. The cost for this type of Advisory Opinion is based on the hourly rate for attorney services of $350.00. The standard Written Advisory is a minimum of two hours($700.00) but it will vary depending on the complexity of your problem or inquiry..

An In-Office consultation is the best way to get a professional analysis of your issues and a solution to your problems. Ms. Terry can evaluate your case, make recommended courses of action, and in many cases, can instruct you on how to process your matter without the expense of an attorney. Although there is a fee for all consultations, this fee is applied to the flat fee charged for certain legal services and deducted from that flat fee if you retain this office to represent you. The consultations are conducted at the office in a comfortable and confidential setting. It could last more than an hour depending upon the type of needs you have. All IN-OFFICE consultations are $350 paid at the meeting with Ms. Terry. It is must useful if you bring with you all documents that are immigration related to the consultation so a thorough analysis can be made. The location of the office is the Xerox Building, 1851 East First Street, Suite 900, in Santa Ana, California at the 5 freeway exit for First/Fourth Street. There is amply free parking across the street from the building, or paid parking inside a parking structure at the rear of the building. All consultations are scheduled in the afternoon and early evening, usually between 2:00 and 6:00, but an appointment is necessary to insure that Ms. Terry is available at that time to meet with you.
